Looking at this photo, the compositional element that is most apparent is aperture. There is also pattern seen
with the wooden figures. When I edited this photo, I adjusted the blurriness in the background statues to clearly define them and slowly blur them out. The camera was set to an aperture of about 2.8. This photo communicates depth of field in aperture. |
This photo was taken for the aperture assignment.
What I like about this photo is the difference in color. My point of view was center and raised to the gnome. The photo follows the rule of thirds because the gnome is located in the imaginary center boxes. The depth of field is f/4.0. The ISO was set to 200 and the white balance was sunny. |
